Just a friendly piece of advice from one leader to another. I would carefully screen who you put in leadership before you just throw them in the role. Trust me I've seen it first hand that people have their own ideas on how leadership should run and it quickly can head south from the principals of you what you intended for your alliance. It can become pure chaos if you have those sorts in your leadership before you get a feel for them and can become a real nightmare fast. I'm just trying to have you the headaches with this advice so take it as you will. I do wish you the best of luck with your growing alliance and success.

Good call on the change bullong, like Raven said, be very careful before you add people into leadership positions. With an alliance, you want to set a tone of the culture of the alliance. With the culture of the alliance set, which can take awhile before everyone is cohesive, then you will instinctively know who should be promoted and who can be trusted to carry on the overall vision and goals of the alliance.
