Fyber offers are a lie

I spoke earlier regarding the "earn crowns" in the store, and how I was not compensated for completing the tasks. One in particular was completing Game of War to level 10. It has been a week with screenshots and emails, and I am being completely ignored. Now I am seeing this is commonplace with FYber. That's not my real issue....

I have to say that even though you NEXON have said that Fyber is responsible, I wonder why you allow them on your game app if they do not follow through with the rewards?? This does not look good on YOU!! Why do you tolerate this "false advertisement" and bogus traps?

I have tried to contact them and reported the issue, so dont even go there again.. I even emailed the screenshots and such, yet no response.... This is sad. What is worse to me is that you are allowing it. You NEXON are clearly getting some compensation for this, which makes it obvious why you do nothing and pass the issue on and look the other way. Shame on you!

I have had the same issue with crowns not given despite screenshots and emails proving the offer was completed. I just gave up doing them. No reason for Nexon to get any benefit from the offers if we don't

Mate calm down, they do take some time to process some of these offers especially since it didn't automatically process yourvin-app. A week is nothing considering I have heard of some taking a month, yet being rude to the people at the other end is going to get you nowhere.
Assuming you haven't abused them and were polite in your enquiry I'm sure you will get your crowns, I know from experience for same offer. In the meantime don't count on them and just play as usual, they just show up and it's a nice surprise

But if he is being asked to submit proof that he completed the offer and there is no follow up after the proof is provided, he has the right to be upset about that. If it is simply a time delay they should let him know an eta...

They don't respond between you submitting proof and them confirming. There's the first automated response then nothing until it's awarded, it's just how they operate. In fact they are even a bit slow to confirm by email because I was played out about a day prior and only noticed by accident.
He needs to just be patient as yes they are slow and it's only been a week, no need for full blown outrage mode. I agree that that some who never got anything such as yourself have been screwed over but hopefully it wasn't a paid offer :)

I've been waiting 2-3 months for this exact offer (Game of War lvl 10), so I completely agree with this. I just gave up doing them all honestly, no point.

I had a thread in bug and fixes section. I had the same issue with my game of war, I sent them everything but they didn't reply for almost 2 weeks. Finally, I tweeted Fyber about this issue and got my crowns in 5 hours. So tweet is your last resort.

If you have not received a reply on your fyber ticket, respond to it again. I'll pass along everyone's feedback to our management on this matter.

Personally I haven't had a problem. All the survey offers are malicious sites, so avoid them, but there are many legit offers. Fyber has responded to my tickets in a timely fashion, so I can't complain.
