Fyber's offers gone

Since yesterday my wall is empty.
Is there another problem with fyber again ?

Yes, all offers are gone, some 1 crown videos are showing once in a while. I wouldn't mind if Nexon dropped them completely and partnered with different company. Fyber customer support is a total joke.

So looks like Fyber singled me out, and perhaps a few other players. I still have not seen a single offer except 1 crown videos. They of course denied the whole thing, and tried to blame it on location, device, and some other random factors. My other 2 accounts get tons of offers, on the same device, same browser, and same location. The only difference is that advertising id or whatever they use to identify you. Nexon customer support is unhelpful as always, shifting all responsibility on Fyber. And Fyber already told me to get lost. This is unfair business practice and both companies should be held responsible.
I hope Nexon can reset my advertising id since Fyber won't do a damn thing.

Mine were back 1 week after everything was gone. 
I don't know how or why. 
It was back when i turned on the data in foreign countries in the settings. I don't know if it was a coïncidence or not.

Nope, still gone, for over a month. Fyber cut me off after I had a fight with their support over not paying out. I filed a complaint with BBB, but you can't ruin someone's reputation, if it's ruined already.

I did. They told me to get lost.
I just got the idea inspired by other thread about this. I used VPN to change my location, and regardless of country I select, I get 0 (zero) offers. It is clear to me they singled me out by fyber id, otherwise I should see something.

As I stated in another thread, even how you connect to the internet can determine which offers will populate. For myself, when I connect via wifi, I get 0 offers. Also, your ip and region can play a part. Same with device.

Well, I connected from most countries in Europe, from Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea and a few others and nothing, zero offers every time. I tried from iphone and ipad, same results. But as soon as I switch game center account and load my 2nd account, I get more offers that I can go through. The only difference is fyber id. That's why I am 100% sure they exclude some players, in my case because I gave them lots of crap about not paying out. This is something Nexon should really look into, because some of us are at a disadvantage and sooner or later we'll have to spend real money to stay competitive with those getting free crowns from filling out surveys and playing mobile strike. I knew this would become an issue when it was first introduced, and now there are clear signs of it.

When I spoke about wifi, I should have elaborated further. Our firewall at work prevents the offers from showing so I have to switch to cellular data. There is a ad toggle with iOS in your device settings. You may need to turn this off in order to see more/different offers.
