Game Clock Glitch

Once in a while, and seemingly totally at random (I'm unable to reproduce), my barracks will spit out my artillery halfway through the required training time. Sometimes when training begins all three barracks will be expected to finish simultaneously at x minutes and y seconds, but after a while you'll see one barracks still going while the other two have finished or vice versa. (I suspect in all cases the player is benefited time wise, and never penalized).

Today, I was waiting to build a bunker. I had just collected oil from all four of my oil wells, and was sitting on ~50,700 oil during the middle of a peace treaty, and I had ~2.5 hours to go to wait until another building was completed to free up the required workers. I log back in, and collect 193 oil from one oil well, and was surprised to see 540 (max) oil from the other three oil wells. My first instinct was that the previous oil collection from those three wells wasn't logged into the server, but I now have 52,516 oil in my refinery for an increase of ~1816 from my four oil wells in ~2.5 hours. Clearly a clock glitch? Not that I'm complaining, of course.

Bump. This is happening much more frequently now after the latest update. My full army is equally distributed amongst all three barracks, i.e., they must all finish training at the exact same time. However, one (or sometimes two) barracks finish earlier than the other(s).

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I've had this happen randomly as well. One barracks finishes a howitzer early while the others are correct. Seems to happen more frequently after I scout war bases or alliance bases, but not reproducible.

Yes it seems to happen after I do something else away from my town, like logging out and immediately logging back in again, or visiting some other alliance.
