Game crashes while writing to support

An excellent way to reduce the number of tickets that are received

I opened the game and went immediately to the support link

I tried to send a message to support

Got to the FAQ

Requested to send an email to support (in game 5 minutes)

Game tells me I am inactive, input freezes

I start writing bug report

Game tells me I am inactive, input freezes (less than 2 minutes since last inactive message)
app allows me to input data

I continue writing

Game tells me I am inactive, input freezes, (again less than 2 minutes since last inactive message)

Game and bug report crashes ... so I lose all data I have entered for bug report .... this sucks !!!

I use an iPad 2

Before the update I had to exit the game, wait 45 -60 for the IOS 8.1 to recover the resources the game used

After the update i barely get 5 minutes before the game response starts to become slow, and eventually the game crashes

The game, in its current state is unplayable on my iPad 2 running IOS 8.1

Please fix the problem, or tell me the game was never designed to be played on my old iPad 2. Please note telling me the game is optimized for newer devices,
Means the same as the game was not designed for older devices. It would have been nice for BHG to mention this fact as part of the game description. Probably would have saved a lot of grief.

I will take No response from BHG/Nexon to mean the game was never designed for older devices like my iPad 2.
