Game freez when i open museum

Hello

it all atarted abaut a week ago when i finished lvl 3 museum upgrade.
ever since then every time i open the museum to collect relics or to try to use museum stuff game just freeze.

i have tryed every thing possible clearing cash reinstalling etc. etc.

i have samsung j7 divaice with latest vet of android ios and latest game update

please help

Bug still here...
New ios update relesed 2day and i did it....
didnt help even afer clearing game cash. Force stop. And un istalling and reinstalling...
No one is talking to me.... it feels like no1 gives a rats @$$
please help
