Game keeps crashing

My game keeps crashing and I even lost an attack in war. Why is this happening and is it happening to everyone?

Yes, happening to me even more frequently. Seems to happen more during war attacks, which is really bad. 3 out of 5 wars I've been in, I've crashed on 1 attack.

I find it to mainly be an iPad specific issue. I have no issue with android devices, only ipads. Game crashes constantly despite taking all steps up to and including resetting ipad to factory then installing nothing but Dominations. Game still crashes.

2 of my friends having the same problem, iphone 6 & iphone 6 plus ios version 9.x, every time scout or attack at war game will crash, some times will randomly crash, now lose 2 attack at war due to crash, any solution? please help! thank you!

My crashes about 45 seconds. I have time to collect resources, I tried attacks but lose resources because it crashes. Our alliance has stopped doing wars because it's useless to do with all the issues. Screen lag, crashes, chat screen blank, no loot when we did wars, etc. Dedicated members are quiting from frustration all because the issues don't get fixed! Other games are prompt on fixxing issues but not here!

Same issue. I reported it to CS who claims it is a known issue, but it is not listed in the known issues AND it has existed for months. Game is unplayable on many iOS devices but works fine on Android.

For reporting the issue Nexon gives 100 crowns, which is so incredibly insulting it isn't even funny. The loss from ONE crash often exceeds 100 crowns. When players crash they lose:

1. All the troops they launched (food/oil)
2. Any generals launched. Losing 2 generals costs 100 crowns to replace alone!
3. Any war tactics in use
4. Any reinforcement troops from allies
5. Any mercs used
6. The time to make new troops (could use crowns to regenerate, but it would require many)
7. Any resources collected before the crash. Ever hit a base and gain 300k food, 300k gold, 2000 oil then crash right before the end? I have. Look up the crown cost to replace.

A single crash typically costs a few hundred crowns. This issue has caused me to crash literally over a dozen times in a single day. It causes entire allies to lose a war, every member loses gold, food and oil.

The right thing to do is for a Nexon employee to investigate each and every crash and replace the actual amount loss. If Nexon implemented this policy the root issue would be fixed in a day. Why? Because they can't afford the personnel to properly support the game in this manner. Another option is giving 500 crowns PER CRASH. I think I am owed a million crowns.

This game is supposed to be competitive and fun. It is just frustrating.

Excellion, few months back I contacted cs about an issue and they gave me 50 crowns and the issue wasn't fixed for a few weeks. I don't want crowns , I want them to fix ALL the issues ! I started playing when the game just came out. I like the game but it's getting frustrating trying to play. If I just recently started playing and with all the bugs, issues, I would delete the game with no hesitation!

This has been happening to me recently, but only in the last week. It happens to me on two iPhone 5S that I have connected to the same account, but only once on an android device. For my iOS devices, it crashes multiple times a day, sometimes in the middle of battle, sometimes when trying to scout in war (happened multiple times in a row trying to scout the same base, but half an hour later was able to finally do it), sometimes when tapping on battle button, sometimes... when not doing anything at all. As it has never happened to me before in several months of playing but only in this last week (although I'm aware some other players may not have been so fortunate), I wonder if the recent updates may have created more issues.

Blackbeard, like most players, I don't want crowns. I want this major ongoing issue resolved. It was a secondary point how insulting it is to offer 100 crowns for reporting the problem.

I've been attacked by hackers, crashed repeatedly, lost war attacks, douped by air defenses that show upgrading, but shoot, mortars inside of stables, etc. Reported all these and never got a single crown from cs.

Twice in a row. Lost all my troops. Very frustrating
If you're not able to fix these crashes then at least come up with something where people don't loose their stuff

after xmas event started, now my game keep crash when scout or attack in war, i just crashed twice in a row in war, now attack remaining 0 and i didnt attack anyone yet!! please fix the crash!!

ya i guess that gift causes crashes when scouting or attacking idk but i tried 6 times to scout some1 and i kept crashing before it loads his base then after i managed to scout i tried to attack, i clicked attack button then it crashed before loading anything and i lost my attack, thats unlikely to be a lag/freeze crash that can happen if u dont restart ur game for long time cuz it was happening inspite of opening the game few seconds ago and repeated for many times

I'm on an iPad air 2 with iOS 9.2. The game does seem to lose connection a little too frequently, but it reestablishes the connection properly, with no loss. I can't recall a crash during an attack, so far anyway. Crashing does happen when I scout but no loss of troops.

Today I'm crashing about every 1min 40sec. All I can do is collect resources "farm". I try an attack and lose resources and troops because it crashes before I can finish an attack. Game went from "best new game" to don't even upload it? CS sends generic reply they send everybody about ongoing issues. Is anybody at Bhg trying to fix SOME of the issues? I'm iOS and it's not playable. Why can't something be done ?

I have played 4 wars with no problems. The currently active war crashes just about every time I try and scout. Have lost both my attacks again to crashing. I am on Android Lollipop. The last war I started with no problems (20 players) but this one (15 players) crashed while searching for opponents Told me it could not connect or something but when I restarted the war was active. Someone else had same problem in last war and also received no loot for winning. I tried shutting down before starting the second war but no different! Hope these bugs get sorted soon as they are spoiling a great game!
