Hey,
the last hours i tested my wifi connection, checked my iPad and macbook. The problem is still here and in my honest opinion I think the iOS update 18.4 is the problem ! Another user without this update has no probs with connection error. We tested it with my wifi and it worked fine.
So the problem is APPLE nothing else !

Ok I finally solved the problem by myself.
The advertising inside the Game is the Problem. My Router is blocking these URLs and ads, because I don‘t want it.
I bypassed it and voila…I‘m in the Game. I undesterand that we Need These ads for
keeping the Game free.
So if anybody had the same issue Take Look at „Netfilters“ inside your Router which are blocking advertising.

Since we finished reading the new library bookshelf, our building upgrade will automatically deduct the crown. If the crown is not enough, we will continue to receive network errors and be unable to enter the game normally. This will delay my upgrade plan a lot. You should fix these game errors as soon as possible and compensate the players who have suffered losses.

I have same issue, internet connection issue, not been able to log on for 2 days, tried from iPhone and iPad, latest update

It's a problem they are trying to solve. I also have an iPhone and if I log in to the account with multiple bases I get the error message. If I log in by creating a new village and with a different email using google the game works. We are waiting for the update.
