Garbage Tier Wonders

It's a shame to have three choices for a wonder instead of four. Wait? There are four choices? It seems to me that there's always that complete waste of Food in every Wonder Tier. Here are the worst Wonders of the World:

Bronze Age: I've said it before, the Pyramids are the worst wonder of this tier and arguably the worst wonder in this game. +20% Food production to nearby farms, while its great on paper, it's absolutely atrocious to try and get 8 farms next to it in order to get its bonus. You literally have to alter your main base (not the war base) to accommodate this wonder. This honestly makes defending that much tougher for those who try and optimize the Food Production from Farms. Oh, and don't even try to get roads to accompany all those farms too when next to the Pyramids. It can't be done. I'm sorry, I'm sticking by Hanging Gardens (the second worst Bronze Age Wonder)

Classical Age: While the Terra Cotta Army tactic is great for battles, it's health bonuses are atrocious. Why do Barracks even need extra HP? You're also wasting space getting this near your castle and barracks (similar base editing for Pyramids). If you want this wonder, it's only going to be for the great tactic. And I thought Forbidden City was the worst of these wonders. Once you max out all your offenses and library techs Notre Dame becomes worthless though, so keep this in mind.

Gunpowder Age: I've seen a ton of people get Versailles, I've seen some get Taj Mahal, a good group get Angkor Wat, but I've almost never seen anyone get Temple of Tikal. 3% Refund? Are you trying to get us to waste food/crowns? The only redeeming quality of this wonder is that it has a ton of HP (and even then it gets destroyed in a reasonable amount of time). Oh, and the +2 trade good slots. Gee thanks.

Industrial Age: Sadly this was a close race, but Eiffel Tower takes the cake as the worst Industrial Age Wonder. Considering that you already have most of your stuff reasonably upgraded, it becomes rare that you ever get a shield. This one will get you a free 12 hour peace shield. Good once every week. I can buy a 1 day shield for a decent amount of crowns (by killing stags and doing goals/achievements of course), also has a cooldown around a week (not counting the time to get the crowns). And a nice +200,000 food and gold storage in the vault. Where's the oil storage bonus? I mean this would be much more useful and this paragraph wouldn't come into being if this wonder gave oil storage in the vault.

Suggestions for Improvement:
Pyramids: How about a +20% bonus to all farms. That way you wouldn't have to accommodate it by changing your base.
Terra Cotta Army: How about a +10% HP to all defensive buildings instead of barracks and castles?
Temple of Tikal: +3 storage capacity, +10% Refund.
Eiffel Tower: Once/3d 12-hour shield; +10,000 oil storage.

Hanging gardens is very useful to get extra metal and cider, which I use a ton of now with the tactics blessing and mercs, etc.

There's a fine line between highway robbery and making profits. Only they went with the former.

Hanging Gardens is probably the most underrated wonder, but since introduction of tactics blessing it became extremely valuable.

I had the Hanging Gardens and I really miss it a lot of times, Acropolis isn't that much gamechanger on defense really.

But the cider and metal I got extra from Hangings... Was indeed useful even before the tactics blessing: training blessing, loot blessing, mercs...

I really think it's tied with Acropolis being the best Bronze Wonder, it turns to be an offensive wonder at the later stages of the game, how can people compare for example to Stonehege? That's really only an economic building, useless for later stages...

So yes I also think it's the most underrated, and that it wasn't that a bad pick at all when I picked it just started the game...

I definitely agree that the Pyramids should get the 20% boost regardless of proximity.

The Eiffel Tower should also be bumped to give those 12-hour peace treaties more often, like once every 3 days which you proposed. I would also increase the storage to double the current storage after all other bonuses.

I agree about all the reports except the classical age

A real warlord knows that a well designed base will force the enemy on wasting 2-3 tactics to take out the forbidden city while aiming for 4/5 stars. Consequently making the battle more difficult.

Terra cotta army is a good addition for wars, not like strength of the gladiator but still nice. Barracks hp is utterly useless however castle hp is good. Might protect castle from Zeppelin attacks in some cases making the battle harder. This wonder could be improved by removing barracks hp boost and adding more boost to castle.

The least useful (Not useless) in my opinion is Norte dame, resources just aren't a problem in higher leagues.

I think taking advantage of any discount on anything is greater than any of the other bonuses during the development phase of this game... Until there is nothing to get a discount on. This is where I will use my crowns to swap with another of these fine wonders. But I agree, Forbidden City is not to be underestimated. I think your change to the castle might be a better idea. Something like 33%. That would make me want to change my layout. Thank you for the insight.
