Generals research from blacksmith to castle

Should the generals research be moved from blacksmith to castle?

dear all,
how do you feel about the current general leveling up?
personally i just focus troops at blacksmith and particularly air units as well as tactical upgrades. so my generals are at a pretty low level which makes them quite inefficient.

thus i d like to see a little change to move the general research to the castle and exclude it from the blacksmith.

in addition it should be reconsidered why all generals need to have oil for upgrades after level 10. with regards to the overall present food discussions i d like to have a balanced split across the generals so that half of them remain food based until level 30.

Generals should not have to cost oil unless they're wanting to operate a tank.
