Generals should stay if survived

Taking away generals who survived in the battle is kinda greedy, don't you think? I am not mentioning about Kleo in medieval age, what is stupid, but generals leaving their army after the victory is the worst idea ever.

totally agree, I'd the general survives the battle, they should stay in the army. also when defending, if you are the victor, then the general should also stay at the castle to protect you from the next attack. you should only ever lose a general if you are defeated.
