An adult alliance with a solid foundation. Looking to expand and recruit more active, friendly, experienced, team oriented, committed, loyal members. We are a competitive war alliance that back to back Wars. Competitiveness is not the entire aspect of phONE-Nation we are a fun group of adults with a massive sense of humor, we just like to WIN!!! Our team is loyal to one another with married couples, brothers, & friends of other players within the alliance. Yes we have rules but they are extremely simple and only set to keep the entire team on the same page for a smoother alliance experience. We are not strict at all, just feel as if the alliance should have structure to ensure we are a actual team!
REQUIREMENT'S: ALLIANCE RULE'S:
1..Be Active: (If for some reason you have life situations going on and will not be active for a period of time please send me a message on LINE app. "You will never get kicked from the team for life situations")
2..Donations: (We have NO donation ratio, Request Troops as often as you wish! "The team feels its best to help one another grow and extra troops when attacking is one way to accomplish that!")
3..Respect Donation Requests: (Sometimes players wish to receive a certain type of troop "Especially during WARS" please read a members requests before donating!)
4..Respect ALL alliance members: (We are here to have fun, chat, be competitive, & enjoy the game together. "You will get booted for drama & not respecting your team members.")
PROMOTIONS? "Yes, But limited number of Council & Co-Leaders"
1.. End of season Donations: (Donate 300+ troops EVERY season. "A season is 2 weeks long" This is why rule #2 is important! The more people requesting for troops, the easier for members to reach 300 donations & possibly be promoted. "No you are not kicked if you dont reach 300 every season. Players who donate and reach this goal are considered for promotions" YES promoted members are required to maintain a minimum of 300 donations every season!)
2.. War performances (Based on stars earned & following the team strategy!)
3.. Activeness (Within game chat also! Nobody likes a dead boring game chat.)

- Easier communication to the entire team at once. (Considering time zone difference's)
