HADRIAN GOT HACKED AGAIN

My player Hadrian farmed medals and reached the top 5 rank..When He decided to rest for playing long hours, he woke up having zero medals and got remove from my alliance without any traces on the alliance chat. Though BHG fixed his account by changing his name back to Hadrian Im still disappointed with nexon for not giving us any human reply.Nexon I would appreciate If you will send me a personalized message instead of giving me a copy of what youve sent to Shinji.

Yes because I thought I was talking to a different person the first time he got hack and he was able to prove that he is really hadrian by sending messages in forums and Vanguards line chat.
