Help, account issue

Hi guys, im in urgent need of any kind of help, my alliance leader having a huge account issue and im trying to help him get back to the game asap.

What happens is that he is using google account under bluestacks, problem is when we try to log his account on any android device it will try to load an IRON AGE base instead of his ATOMIC AGE one.
Tried everything already, other android phones, tablets etc, even bluestacks on other PC and nothing, no way to load his atomic age base..

Please guys if u have any idea how to fix this and how to get his atomic age base to log using his email please guide me though that, we would be very much apreciated, asap..

I'm not sure if your friend will be able to recover his account, since recovery is usually tied to the Google Play or App Store login. DomiNations is not supported on Bluestacks or other emulators.

What happens when he logs in? What does it say?
If it says something like we’ve found an existing Iron Age account would you like to load the just hit NO and it should load the original. Did he try to make a second account under the same account?
