I'm a gamer that enjoy, council, PC and mobile gaming. I've been playing Dominations for about 9 months. I find the gameplay and graphics in Dominations to be above average for these types of mobile games and the game can be a lot of fun to play. Also, t new world wars are a nice addition. However like most games this game is not for everyone.
I think this game is a good option for the very casual gamer who is not concerned with advancing to far in the game or moving up the leader boards. The lower levels of the game move along well. Then right around Enlightenment age or so is when all the cheaters start becoming noticeable, before that you should be able to enjoy the game without to much disruption.
However, If you are a honest competitive player looking for a challenging, fun game you can jump into, with long term goals of climbing the ranks, this may not be the game for you.
Just take a look at the leader boards and you will instantly see the extend of the problem. The number of cheaters in the game that have maxed out there bases and or walls using various methods is amazing. That coupled along with other cheats used in the game make it virtually impossible for any honest player to compete in the higher levels without having to face the unnecessary challenges of dealing with cheaters and their bases contently.
And if that were not bad enough, competitive players will also be faced with ridiculous things like the forced shut down exploit, Nexon locking player out of the game with the equally ridiculous scouting system. And a medal award system that makes no sense and seems to be designed to slow game progress instead of rewarding gaming skills, as it should.
Note: in my ratings below I have not factored into account Nexons extremely poor customer support department.
Ok, well taking all the above and more into consideration this is basically how I rate this game:
* For non competitive players that are not interested in leader boards, i recommend the game and, I give it 4 1/2 stars.
* For competitive players, looking for a fun game that has a challenging, stable, fair gaming environment to advance in...this is not the game for you. I do not reccomend it and I give it 2 stars.
