I am so mad right now

I went into battle deployed all my big troops including cleopatra and the game crashed!!!! It stole all my troops did not show the battle and now I am supposed to repurchase all those high dollar items AGAIN!!!!! I am so mad. The EXACT same thing happened to me like 10 or 12 times already. In fact, sometimes I got a defeat, even when I had already won the battle and the game crashed in the screen after-battle.

Other times, the battle goes normally and even if I win with some alive soldiers, they not return to my base.
