Hello, I can't update the game because it's not available on my phone. I contacted support, but I'm wondering if my phone redmi note 9 pro is not old and has unofficial firmware crdroid, root, maybe this is the problem? (please forgive me, I am writing through a translator, just in case I will leave the original text in my native language)

здравствуйте, я не могу обновить игру так как она недоступна на моем телефоне. я в поддержку обратился, но мне интересно, мой телефон redmi note 9 pro не старый и имеет неофициальную прошивку crdroid, root, может быть в этом проблема ? (прошу меня простить, я пишу через переводчик, на всякий случай оставлю оригинал текста на родном языке)
