Been trying to collect 1626 crowns for 2 months on a stupid free offer from mafia city. It was cut and dried. I had reached level 10 mansion and never received the crowns. That started an incredible journey of demands and delay tactics from cs and the whole time being told they don't service free offers. So I give. I'm closing both my accounts. I've spent 3 years and hundreds of dollars and that is not as important as screwing me out of a few crowns. Nice business practice. Go fuck yourselves

The offers are seriously flawed, I think most of us have been burned at some point. Considering nexon isnt in control of the troop retrain video, I guess it's not too far fetched to believe they also have no control over the offers. I consequently never participate in offers that require me to invest too much time in completing.

I am still owed 22,000 crowns through free offers. I fought both nexon and the dink’s in charge of the offers but to no avail. The truth is the free offers are a scam. I posted they were on this forum a year ago and tin simply removed my thread. Nexon knows and does not care.

Yep... I have been scammed twice on the in game offers. Just skip them is my advice. I can understand your frustration but is it really a reson to quit?

I doubt it’s his/her main reason for quitting it’s just the last straw. Every time they mess something else up a part of your brain files it away. Once that file gets to large you yell on the forum and quit.

I spam emailed two years ago when I was owed 7k on an offer. I sent 1,000 emails a day for 3 days.

I was given my crowns on day 4 with a request to stop flooding their emails.
