I was just booted from my alliance for no reason

Hello. I was just booted from my alliance for no reason. I’m the Leader and very active and I was in the middle of playing and a message appeared saying that I had been removed as the Leader of my alliance. I was able to rejoin but there is no leader now, only co-leaders, so no one can make me Leader again. I put in a support ticket as well.

we also lost an ally because of this bug. he was able to return back with no other issues.

What is CS? If it’s customer service I did submit a ticket. It sounds like it is a known issue and the devs are working on it. My biggest concern isn’t getting booted again, it’s getting my Leader status restored.

Same issue here. Unfortunately, I reported the issue to CS multiple times, but have received sub-par responses, indicating that developers are aware of the issue and no time frame is available for resolution.

I’ve done the same and get the same generic answer every time as well. Disappointing.
