I would like to suggest the following improvements to the scroll bar that is used to deploy and control troops/tactics during battles:
1. The rally button should be independent of the rest of the bar, so that no matter how far the bar is being scrolled to the other end, the rally button remains visible and executable at the same location at all times.
2. Allow customization of the bar, so the order of the troops/tactics(as a group, ie barrack & factory troops, special/single-use troops[e.g. event troops, Supply Drop troops, etc], tactics, etc) in the bar can be chosen by individual.
