iPad Air: Game cannot connect to Internet

"Unable to connect" errors. Up till about 6 days ago I was able to play on my iPad Air, 1st edition. We suffered an "outage", had to reset modems, routers, etc. now the game says it can't connect to Internet. I've been through a number of troubleshooting steps, and my wifi is up and working. I can connect to the internet via wifi, tested several times. Everything works except Dominations. I AM able to play the game on iPhone 5s over wifi, no problems. Anybody have any clues as to what might be the problem? Thanks
