Has BHG abandoned plans to introduce her for University research due to present US-China present relationship over trade?

Meanwhile BHG can introduce some other leader instead like George Washington or George S. Patton who could maybe reduce Building and Troop upgrade time by atleast 20%-30% and adding Aura(Ferinand Foch) or Splash damage(Guan Yu) to General troops as part of their research.
