If you are an Industrial Age WW veteran who can 5-star 175 lvl bases with maxed out walls and everything, you are very welcome to join United Allies (TM). A minimum of 2,000 medals is (usually) required to join us.
We are the toughest and strongest World War Alliance in the world and have annihilated all the other highest ranking alliances. Only a single loss against an equally strong Korea Army who are also at the very top of their game. We got our revenge a few weeks later, however.
Currently we are at 20-something wins against that one loss against KA in the early days of World War when our war coordination wasn't top notch.
We do find it difficult sometimes to find WW opponents, however (due to our top ranking). The matching system often has trouble finding an available match. Sometimes to search goes on for a day or two. That comes with the territory of being number 1, I guess. ;-)
We coordinate wars on LINE. We even maintain war spreadsheets with a ton of statistics, and we share a wealth of information on attack strategies, base designs, and much more.
We always have near 100% participation (even with as much as 35vs35 matches). We rarely do 40vs40 or higher, but only because some of us go back and fort between United Allies (UA1) and our sister aliance, United Allies 2 (UA2), to help guide them and make them even stronger, so it can be difficult to always have a full group of 40 warlords or more in UA1.
We even have UA3 for the more casual players...
We have several group chats on LINE with each their purpose, including a general chat across UA1, UA2, and UA3 where we have a strong social bond with each other.
We have players from all other the world. English is mandatory in all chat groups (including the in-game chat, naturally).
When you join us, introduce yourself in the in-game chat. Let people know you joined because you saw this forum post. Stick around and you will eventually receive an invite to join us on LINE. Players with maxed out walls (or near maxed out walls) will be required to show crown purchase receipts and other evidence such as Robber Baron. Cheaters will be kicked. Also, if we find that your attacks utilise exploits/cheats in the game, you will be kicked. We have several ways to determine this.
