The description says 20% off resources and blueprints. I went to the wiki to check the amount to gain a level and if that is correct, it's only reducing it 10%.

Example - To to from Level 6 to level 7 shows that I need 1260 blueprints and 1,187,500 food. Wiki says that the normal amount is 1400 Blueprints and 1,250,000 food.
So it should be 1,120 blue prints and 1,000,000 food. So the reduction is 10% (assuming the Wiki is right but almost has to be because for 20% decrease that blueprints would have to have originally been 1,575 and I know that's not right from seeing it before.

Can this be looked into?

possible. I'm only going off the Wiki. If they reduced it 10% off of that and it wasn't updated (or there is a 10% reduction that we got from research (don't think that there is)) then you'd be right. I think I remember seeing 1400 blue prints before so I think it dropped 10% but i'm not 100% positive.

The discount isn’t being applied. Remember you already get 10% off from library research.

Yes, it‘s not working. You already get a 10% discount from restoration efficiency at the library. Can we expect a fix soon? (hopefully within 7 days ).

Edit: CS asked me to relaunch the game. I rebooted the iPad. Still not working.

Edit2: it’s working on my Android phone, not my IPad. Could it be related to the game Cache?

Edit3: seems to be working now under iOS…

yes for me too. i think dont working for me . dont decrese the blue print fo upgrade artifacts

in every tuts event for me upgrade level 1 to level 2 needs just 29 blueprint .but in this event 36 blueprint needs to upgrade level 1 to level 2
