Legendary Artifact

Can there be an event for a legendary artifact that boosts loot raided, as well as caravan, farm, oil well and road production?

Short answer would be, no. They might give you an artifact for troop hitpoints or damage or General health but hoping for All Resources/Oil looted artifact is asking a bit much.

I had to spend crowns on my Jewelry artifacts, now I get 15% All Resources and 55% Oil looted. It cost me maybe 2000 crowns but its well worth it.
