Error: unable to complete trade, please try again. Not able to buy a troop chest worth 400 rubies. Available rubies are shown with 537, which is an odd number if you ask me. What can be done? Opened three tickets which ended up nowhere. Was asked to reinstall, check network and so on blabla. They did not waste time with looking at my screenshots, asked same questions over and over again. Really frustrating!

Support rarely reads more than your last message, no matter how much important information you have already written. This is probably due to the fact that your ticket is not processed by one person, but each reply is sent by a different GM.
My solution for this is to copy my old text completely and attach the new information at the end. Then the support has no other chance than to read everything (again). Just like we are forced to answer the same questions several times in 'one conversation'.

I had your problem with the rubies years ago. Allegedly, I had already spent the rubies at the time and the wrong balance was displayed. In my opinion, the balance should have been adjusted when the account was reloaded at the latest, even if I had previously cached an incorrect value. But this was not the case. Therefore, my assumption was that bhg has several storage locations for my rubies and these storage locations were no longer synchronized.
Even after many rounds of support, the cause was not clarified until I finally accepted the incorrect display. After about a year, my rubies changed during an update and since then I no longer have any ghost rubies.
