Long time player, first time complainer -

And justifiably too, or am I alone in noticing the large increase in cheating teams (often russian) that somehow have their bases virtually maxed out except for one major difference.. All their oil wells are level 1. Which makes the progress they've made impossible without using mods.

clearly another war we're destined to lose and another blow to a game that once had a fine rep for 0 tolerance and is now seemingly swamped by these cheaters that have well and truly hurt the game.

no longer can i justify spending money on a game that allows such a huge stream of hackers play and win with no repercussions.

4 times in the recent 5 wars my alliance has taken part in we've had to report these russian cheats. Its not my job to police this game.

these are pretty serious issues that put all the chatter about fixing sub par issues like alliance chat on hold til the real problem is dealt with.

those bases are far, far from maxed. easily achievable without spending any money or cheating, and also oil wells being level 1 doesnt put any technical limitation to advancing ahead. a refinery at level 1 would be limiting but not wells, wells are just bonus.

Not complaining. Decent game. Lv 218 at Global and with Cold War A coming its tempting to move to Atomic and beyond. But working Global to max is not a bad thing either. Walls and Generals need completing, all else done. Thoughts?

Not maxed and not necessarily cheating. I couldn't see the refinery, that would be a give-away for cheats, if they couldn't store enough oil for aircraft upgrades.

I agree. Those base are easy for #1 and #2 for a WW base rank. Back then I too have lvl 1 wells, I only started to upgrade it once the summer sale had come. I can raid 200k oil a day with Level 1 wells. and those walls mean this guys are not grinders. their mortar are even Industrial age.

I don't see the oil refinery but even with a 135K max level 2 Oil refinery you could have built a 210K airstrip or 190K Fort upgrade with all of the discounts they run. Just have to time it right and start building when they are at 50% off.

No actually you're quit right. An increasing number of players and alliances are cheating. Bringing an over filled army count within their TC's. Like 3 x heavy artillery and 2 heavy tanks. Currently in a war involved where more then half of the players are cheating. Attacking bases +50 levels higher with Hold The Gates and still getting five starts. Even though the replays stated that it was a complete fail or 2 starts attack. One of them released 7 x Blitzkrieg. How obvious can cheating be! After reporting them to Nexon, we are waiting for a response. There is only one reaction appropriate to this kind of gameplaying. Banning!
