I currently have an alliance, I'm going to be honest with you. It is small as I just started it yesterday. I was part of a larger clan on clash and plan for this clan to follow those exact points you just hit on. i just started an alliance and so far it is just me. But it is definitely a long term plan like you mentioned since this game is so young. I'm in a stron CoC clan right now and plan to implement the same tactics and teamwork that makes it so successful. The alliance is Project Mayhem and look for me "Mortimus".
