Looking for members of alliance [Something.../ PT] that warred us [New World Order]

We finished a war last night with an Alliance called [something something-dogs // PT] or something like that.
Y'all beat us fair and square, my team [New World Order] sucked big time, but something weird is happening.

My entire team is looking at our previous war results, and the war with you guys is nowhere to be seen. Also our coalitions are still active and no war loot is provided.

I am just curious to know what you guys are seeing, maybe it can help CS further to troubleshoot the issue. (They're actually responding timely and not providing some BS standard replies, so props to that I guess)

Any other teams having the same issue?

For the future, take some screenshots. We always do, just in case. They have been usefull several times when dealing with CS.

yeah, very true to that.
Update on the situation, all of our tickets with CS have been closed and "have been addressed to the right department", we are unable to start a new war, the results screen disappeared, my coalitoins are still active and no loot provided.

looks like this becoming a norm. we had the same problem 6 moths ago. and our opponent ResistanceFr had the same message. after a numerous attemts to 'fix' this via support, we both lost a patience and started a new alliances. someone complained about this few weeks ago on a discord group as well.
