LOST VILLAGE AFTER UPDATE!!BRING BACK My VILLAGE

Today i updating my dominations i playy and i log off..and then when when i login to play again my village was lost!!!!!!the village in my account its not my village!!!and i screenshot from the defense log my true village!! I hope you gonna fix it my village..this is what you called update?this is so frustrating and annoying and wasting time to sending an email and dont get any feedback or response from your team..i give you my screenshot too..PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS ISSUE AND FIX THIS!!!! Hi there! Have you submitted an in-game Customer support request? With the new version, you can do this by opening the Settings menu, then tapping Customer Service, and then tapping the icon in the upper right hand corner. We'll be happy to look into your issue!

Hii mod...i did,thanks for stoped by but first you have to see this picture!!there are no response from your team!!what i have to do to make my village back?please fast response we play your game we put our money and time to your game..we dont deserve this!

Please help Dev,I have the same problem, i lost my village after i update my game, after i login , i noticed that i've got a different village , with different LEVEL, and different layout base!.
please fix it, because there's so many player that have same problem with me.

I have exactly the same problem and have also contacted the support team with just two automated responses so far.

Yesterday morning I was level 29, I updated the game and when I next logged in my city has changed to what I can only guess is a city belonging to another player! (The layout isn't random, it's obviously been constructed by a player). Now I am level 40 with tonnes of food and most constructions are at least a level above mine. I could just rearrange things to my liking, but this isn't my city! I am worried that if this situation is resolved that I will have messed up someone elses city... also, I had the Colosseum, this has Notre Dame, to change costs 600 crowns!

This is a massive issue for those players who have spent money, luckily I haven't, but I have been constructing for weeks so am still miffed.

For you peeps who are frustrated like I said earlier prepared to be even more frustrated as this coming Monday it will have been A MONTH since this happened to me and still no fix from developers. Very disappointed . One thing that I find interesting is it sounds like some people are actually getting upgraded accounts instead of downgraded ones . NEXON fix this please!!!!!!!!!!!
