Today i updating my dominations i playy and i log off..and then when when i login to play again my village was lost!!!!!!the village in my account its not my village!!!and i screenshot from the defense log my true village!! I hope you gonna fix it my village..this is what you called update?this is so frustrating and annoying and wasting time to sending an email and dont get any feedback or response from your team..i give you my screenshot too..PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS ISSUE AND FIX THIS!!!! Does this game have a customer service section at all or not?? I am assuming i will have to accept that I am not getting my own city back, because they just dont know how to fix the issue. Im sure if there was a resolution those that have been waiting for weeks wouldve been helped by now. I have sent 3 mails to their support the last few days and not even the courtesy of an empty reassurance. So what I will do is give this game the review it deserves, on the app and play store, and whatever other gaming site i might see it listed on, and be done with it. Its not like they have a unique concept anyway, there are hundreds of other clans spin off games to play.

Either fix this or refund the crowns I have spent on my village that I no longer have access to, have sent in multiple support tickets but still not had a single answer.

We'll if they ain't even got the courtesy to respond to support tickets or forum posts, I'm waiting till tommorow then I will be removing the app, reporting it as a scam and claiming all money I've spent on this heap of trash back. So much for this game saving the company.
