AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

Lost my village.. WTH?!

I just lost my village after raiding an enemy base.. I'm a level 29 classical age and now it's dropped to level 10.. WTH?!

I read that many other players are experiencing the same thing, please fix it asap or you will definitely lose many players because of this annoying bug.. I've already sent you a customer complaint
ticket with the detail of my village..

I really hope that you will address this issue very soon, because to be honest as a player we have tried our best to understand all of your lagging/force close/network stability issue and many other bugs.. But for this particular bug IT IS FATAL AND UNACCEPTABLE.. Please read our complaints and take action about it..

Same problem, though I don't also have an issue with my Caps Lock key I've submitted an in-game ticket, but I have heard nothing. This is a pretty crazy error to have happen, so I hope they at least post something or reply to our tickets soon. In the meantime, I can still donate troops to my alliance mates in Avatars, so I guess free high level era guys for all..!

Same problem here. started to play this morning and found my village completely altered and level dropped to 29. The current village has buildings inside the forest. LOL

Can whoever borrowed my base - PUT IT BACK, it's not funny and its not clever!

GRRRR seems like I have the same problem as the others here. Playing happily one minute, next minute someone switches my base out for noob one.

Actually my 'new' base is completely messed up, game says I'm Medieval (which I was) but next upgrade is Iron Age.

Has anyone had this problem resolved or is my time on this game done already?

Same thing has happened to me, in the town I now have it don't even have an alliance gate yet I'm still a member of my alliance and able to request troops, I have lost things I have purchased with crowns so ever sort it or refund me what I have purchases. IGN michael

Village Replaced!!

Same problem as others are reporting here. Everything was fine one minute, and my screen reloaded and then my level 39 nearly maxed out classical village was replaced with a level 11 village. It says on the top right that I am still classical though the next upgrade on the town center is bronze age . A few of my houses are located in what are now uncleared areas. I lost all my upgrades that I paid for and am really frustrated. I sent a service request through the game, but hopefully I have have better luck than others whose issue is still unresolved. Gamers beware before purchasing any upgrades or spending a significant amount of time on this game because it can all disappear at any time!

I have encountered the same problem. My IGN : FrenJin ,lv 39 and classical age, but now I became medieval age, 12 workers, lv 43. But i think its fine with my new base? lol
