AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

Same Happened to me. Name Kundar. This bug is listed at the top of the known issues list. It was really frustrating to have worked with such enthusiasm and pleasure on my civilization, only to have it swapped out for one in the iron age, lower level, no access to alliance gate. I am the leader of my alliance, but can't view members because I have not activated my alliance gate yet?! I need my
civilization back, please! It did happen after leaving my town idle. I think it also occurred after the new update.

My level went from 43 to 13. Medals and citizens stayed the same.

Shizane, you actually lucked out, because you now have more open land and went up in level!

Its because the crash update i think..this game doesnt getting better with update just messed up with alot of bugs and issue

Only way to fix this is by doing a roll back, so everyone gets everything they had originally, so those that ain't affected id hold back on doing anything

I was lvl 50 medieval age(2 days away to finish upgrading to next age). I was farming and took a break to cook the lost troop. When I came back after few minute my game reloaded and I was downgraded to lvl 37 with a base I do not recognize.

Also Colosseum wonder also appeared in the base which I have never picked(my wonder was forbidden city). So now I am stuck at lvl 37 with someone else's base. As a result of that I cannot play the game from saturday to whenever you decide to fix it.

Yeah I lucked out in some areas, but not in others. Like I had spent 500k food for a pikeman upgrade and this one doesnt have it. And I had a level 3 aliance. gate..anyway yeah it could've been worse

I have the same issue. No response now. Highly frustrating. The bad reviews are already making it to the App Store. Why can't you at least acknowledge the issue. Was level 39. Now See level 27 base. Maybe it is yours.

I went from lvl 54 to lvl 24, maxed out medieval to pretty much having nothing. One strange thing i have found my level 4 merc camp hidden in the forest, so now I have 2 of them, the original towns owners, plus my own. This game needs a roll back to fix this issue and better communication from the mods

Something happened to my village as well.

I went from level 57 to level 34.
I lost the house I received from the starter pack.

Walls down several levels.

Research at theuniversity is set back several weeks.

Medieval age and next upgrade is medieval as well?


In the war academy I have 3/2 spells


In the blacksmithblacksmith I apparently is researching halberdier which is only available in gunpowder age...


To me it seems like a bug in the program or a hack of the servers.
