AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

Yesterday afternoon, I opened the game on my Ipad and my level had dropped 20 levels from level 45 to level 25. I play under the name Corundar. All of the battles and achievements that I had accomplished recently seem to be stored, and the game says that I am in the Medieval Age. Nevertheless, my progress seems to have been reset to 2 or 3 weeks prior to yesterday. My next Town Center Upgrade shows to be Gunpowder Age. All of the walls are downgraded. Many buildings and items that I acquired are gone. The only suspicious thing that I can see is that I was recently attacked by a player with a non-English playername and a member in an alliance with a eastern European name. Inconsistencies include high level barracks, high level Town Center, a "wonder" in the process of construction that I did not originally have, namely the Colosseum.

Forget it, I'm done. Even if they fixed it, I don't want to support this game or this company anymore. I'm reporting them to google. Good luck to all of you, I just don't think it's worth it anymore. Plenty of other games out there.

I just got my money refunded from google because of this issue. I explained the situation and pointed to this forum and the reviews talking about the problem, got approved very quickly no questions asked.

I sent an help email through this site because my ingame help crashes and I can't use it. Never received a response so I went on my way working on getting my money back as I don't think my game will be fixed since I can't turn in an ingame help ticket. Sucks that I am stuck with unwanted wonders that I do not want and can't change unless I spend 600 crowns a piece. Not going to happen!

Still nothing after 7 days. I got a refund via iTunes of the $10 I paid for the starter pack. I'll be spending that on Clash. Good job Nexon, you just gave money to Supercell. Goodbye to Dominations, a real pity as it has potential to be great but time and money are too precious to waste.

Please respon ! fix this sh*t My base from lvl 53 in gunpowder age changes to classical age lvl 35 but in the rifght corner and the townhall status is gunpowder age with troops gunpow I ve been waiting So long ! and hv no respon Love this game but not the way like this ! Chill XcroNz! No need for the language. Did you submit an In-Game Support Ticket? If not, go into the game Customer Service and tell them what your issue is. If you have already put in for a support ticket, do not do it again. They are working on the issue and expect to have all bases fixed soon.

I don't think the developers or the customer service people want to listen any of the things we are saying, for me it's been 14 days, I was level 53, then swapped to a level 39. I have played with my new level to level 51 now, I don't have a third wonder, it doesn't even exist, I've been complaining every day but still no word or acknowledgment from them It's very sad. I have to same problem level 75 eight days ago then level 20 barracks and tower downgrade! I can not upgrade anything troops are down everything I build is gone buildings from enlightenment age are still there but causing problems. Tried to use the library to move the game along paid and wait for the add a garrison only to have it do nothing. The battles are a joke replay states I'm the winner only to see the defense logs list it as defeat and vice versa. This has gone on for to long it is like the developers and customer service have just moved on to the many other problems! And yes I'm frustrated I was really getting in to the game. Now I'm just a target for gold and food I tired to work with this mess with the time and money I have put in to it just to other players pass me by it is time to uninstall the and see about a full refund ? Why no response just let us hangout a slow death? A few screen shot of the crazy bug or what ever you to call it ! I call it bad customer service ! Sorry mrpiggy buth the suport dont care about us. I had the same issue...they fix my city buth now i cant connect to game.when is in loading screen i hear how my village burn and then automatly close the gane

my village was destroyed and I am boiling mad. There must be some way to get thru to the developers? Surely the management there is not this stupid as to anger their customer base? Only takes two seconds to acknowledge the problem. It's like they are purposefully trying to be as incompetent and idiotic as possible.

I have the same problem. Lost my level 42 village and all my upgrades/build to some crappy level 21 village. It was someone else village. I contacted support and they have replied back to me twice. You need to contact them in-game and then wait for them to reply back to you. They told me that they are continuing to investigate and solve the issues at hand. Just have to wait and be patient.

It's taken 2 weeks and I just got my village back and fixed. I have been given 1000 crowns and 200,000 gold ish. I lost about 200000 food. It's doesn't make up for what I would have earned in the 2 weeks I had no village to play with but it's better than nothing.

Yeah same. Finally got my village back. I'm relieved and happy to be compensated with 1200 crowns, but I won't be spending any money on this game in the future. Too risky.
