Or the main room bonuses are valid only for multi player and team challenges ?

As is the case for university, general bonuses are valid during wars...

Main Hall bonuses are applied to multiplayer battles when you loot or when you get attacked for loot. They also apply when you post your Town base for a friendly challenge.
War Hall bonuses are applied to WW battles and when you post your war base for a friendly challenge.

University applies to all

Primary Council applies to multiplayer and Home base challenges
War council applies only to WW and War base challenges

This why people should be told where info can be found not just given . Plus if they are too lazy to read tutorials they won’t last long anyways. This is my thought on the matter

If players are annoyed by a question, they can simply ignore it and move on with their lives, judgments and morals are unnecessary here.

That's not my job or my bible, it's about entertainment that I love, playing. And I think I'm on a general discussion forum bringing together kind people.

Teaching a person where to find the answer is better then just giving the answer. They discover more knowledge on the way to the answer.

If this is being a bad person in your eyes so be it. But knowledge earned is always better then knowledge given.

Your saying is valorous but misused. it is a forum for discussion on the game, in general, for sharing, for exchange.

If for you, we cannot ask a question about the game because there is the answer somewhere, you should perhaps avoid this forum because it is likely to happen often...

Not all people learn in the same way.
It isn't as cut and dried as you seem to want it to be.
Nor is the best learning always achieved when the person providing information makes only a minimal or token effort and leaves the learner to "sink or swim."
If someone asks politely for information I think it is a positive thing to reply in kind with the information they're seeking.

The Teacher/Student relationship is time honored in virtually every society throughout history.
There's probably a reason for this: it works.

I'm a developer, I sometimes do research for 2 full days on a single subject...

here I am on a video game, fun entertainment. I am surprised to be referred to the game documentation, with this type of comment, for a simple question asked on a global discussion forum.

Personally, when new players join my team in the game, it never crosses my mind to refer them to the documentation when they have a question, I give them the answer simply and help them as best as I can.

I even encourage them to ask questions as soon as they have them.

Furthermore, human exchanges are to be favored here, otherwise the forums would have no place.

It's great that the game has extensive documentation, and I've looked at it many times already. But it's even better that the game has a forum where we can help each other

Well y’all bring valid points but as Jug said I teach a different way and am bit old school.

But apparently this makes a person bad for simply wanting another to learn in a game.

The time it took to respond and try to make me out to be a bad person ya could have done what I intended and looked the info up and discovered other things along the way. But this my thoughts.
