Major bug found After war went to another base where troop disapear and updates also

After I attacked, I went to an alternative base of mine.
Here I lost all my troops, my biplane and machine gun infantary was upgrading which got cancelled whithout any refund. My mercenary camp was full, it became empty.

Also if you see my trade goods all numbers turned yellow instead of white.


I complained to Domination through the game. They told they know about the problem and is working for it. But I will not get any compensation.

BUT
if you see the attachment i have posted you can see available troops is only 10 out of 120. Which says alot about the bug.

When you say you went to an alternative base - did you visit the base, or log in on the same device?

I went to my own base but everything was different. Point to be noted -
1) My armory showed all my troops which were training was upgraded. (which was false)
2) My barracks showed I have the capacity for 10 troops
3) My trade goods 's number which were suppose to be white turned yellow.

It happened when I returned from attacking a opponent. I did not log in from a different device.
I had lost only 10 units, so that why it showed barrack's capacity to only 10 units.

Now the customer service said they know about this issue and be patient about it. WHAT ABOUT COMPENSATION ?
