You suggested it, and we listened; the cavalry has been dispatched to Marco Polo’s aid!

When he arrives, the camera will no longer automatically pan to his encampment when you first load the game. While originally designed to draw attention to his arrival, ultimately you felt that it took away controls from your playstyle. We are always happy to receive feedback about the game and make improvements to the overall experience - balanced with a chance to find the fun in trying new things. This may leave you with a couple of questions, which we hope to answer below. If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to add your own.

How will I know Marco Polo has arrived?
His icon may appear in the upper-right hand side of the screen. You also may see an announcement in the pop up window when the game launches. You can either use the buttons there, or find him on the map near the waterfall and the Embassy.

Will the Troop Chests be back on a regular basis as well?
Yes and no. Marco has labeled his Mystery Chests more carefully than he has in the past, so he’s confident to offer the Troop Chests again. They will be available frequently – although not guaranteed every week. Be sure to check in when he arrives!

If you could have figured out a way to do the pan on only the FIRST time you log in while he's in your village, it would have been fine. But as implemented, it panned every single time, which was no fun. Removing it entirely works too, thanks.

Great, now if I remember correctly we also 'suggested' removing workers from the Uni, nerfing the Silo, getting rid of the Prepare For Battle screen (amongst other things). ;)

will troop chests be available in Domi Asia? chances have been revealed, nothing’s stopping him anymore, but the chests have never been offered in Asia yet

I hope this is just a start to listening to your members, however it's a little request from hundreds of requests but sounds good anyway!
There is another annoying and confusing issue , some offers (by crowns) are in the both of pop up window and in the Marco's trades, and after adding museum offers pop up window is close to blowing up, there is a heavy traffic of offers!
Here is a suggestion for making pop up window and Marco more applicable!
Offer all of the offers (purchasing by crowns or $$) only in pop up window and make separate tap for them!
For exp ; if suppose to show offers in the pop up window :
1st tap : offers by $$
2nd tap : offers by crowns
3rd: event
​​​​​That each tap has own notification!

Leave Marco Polo Only for offering trades by rubies even if there will be only one trade available by rubies! And This is what Marco created for!

When I was playing a while ago, my screen panned to Marco's camp cause he just arrived. Hmm 🤔

They’ve only just fixed it!
He doesn’t ‘pan’ anymore, but your base now loads already centred on him.

Manifesto, nothing changed, aren't pan and center technically showing similar result? 😅 (not English speaker)
Anyways it just happened once, so didn't bother me much. Just don't want to focus on Marco's camp every time he arrives.

Great, love it when customers are taken seriously. Thumbs up! So let see what happends with the Dock/Shipyard Rewards.

I think the difference is center doesnt have the scrolling movement. The panning makes me seasick

Ok, that's enlightening 😄 thank you, Ma'am.
I don't think it's necessary though, panning, centering, pointing or else lol we have enough notices right after we load the game 😩

took long enough. players were complaining about this from the moment it started. apparently it takes 3 or 4 months of constant complaining to get any action taken.
