Max global already - Hackers or big spenders?

We just started a war vs. German Warfare, their top player, DEUS, has maxed out every single aspect of his global base. If he has paid for all of this, then nexon should have a record of it. If not, please ban him.

He doesn't know that Angkor wat heal troops and acropolis makes them spawn faster. He doesn't even know that roads should be connected to Town center.

Oh and he has Eiffel Tower.. That should be enough.

Well we beat German Warfare anyway, despite their rapid acquisition of 3 or 4 global age bases, while we have only one (who has no global troops or bldgs yet and lost one of his attacks). Guess teamwork trumps coins or hacks whichever path they took.....

The medal system is bunk. If someone is a higher age with better troops - who should conceivably trample your base easily - why the f**k does he get that many medals? Shouldn't it be the other way around??!!

Hello Brand Marrow, I am the leader of German Warfare and want to give answer to your suspicion.
First of all congrats to your tight victory, it was a very thrilling match.
As we want to play as a cheater-free alliance we sent a ticket to CS to check if he is a cheater or a legit player at the first day he joined our alliance. The answer was they will investigate it...so as long as they don´t ban him I think presumption of innocence applies to him. It would be nice if you could stop with your very fast denouncing of players and/or alliances. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply H@rry. Glad to know you are handling this thoughtfully. Note that my post did not accuse, just suggested he must be a hacker OR a big spender. Unfortunately, it seems clear that there is really no way to tell the difference so you will not hear back from CS. We generally just refuse to take fully maxed players into our alliance cause whether they are hackers or coiners, they really dont fit in with the way we play (and give me a break, they are probably hackers....)
