Medal count resets to low count automatically!?

I've been playing 4 straight days to raise the medal to join higher league. I was online for whole day and had medal count 2393 and I restarted the game for refresh and medal count was decreased to 2317. I didn't get attack or lost in multiplayer battle. i was online the whole time and it went down to that number. This has happened 3 times to me already! Makes me wanna not play the game anymore. Please fix this bug.

Did they fixed it? Replaced your lost medals?

Yea, I've sent them an e-mail with pictures they said they will pass it onto other team so they can look into it further! They have not replace the medals for me. Still waiting!

They don't want me to join the Kingdom League I, always bring down my medal when I am in 2290~2295 range. ;(

This is happening to me too quite a lot. I have started screenshotting my base before bed and in the morning 30 or 40 medals vanish into thin air, I sent attack defence logs to CS with before and after medal count screenshots and they do nothing. No medals replaced no Crowns for the 3 days hard work to get back to where I was....

I'm trying to get to 2200 Medals for the 200 Crown prize.

I'm beginning to think something fishy is going on and they would rather I purchase Crowns than earn them legit...

About 5 occasions this has happened in the past 3 weeks (that I'm aware of - possibly more) every time I send the full set if screenshots (with the time and date details on the picture) and everytime they dismiss it saying its the same for everyone, its probably because of battle crashes - which is completely wrong cos that normally triggers the booby traps....
