The -85% debuff cap takes into account all sources. These are not individual caps from each space.It says in the museum that -85% debuff is max, does this only apply to the museum? Does coalitions add on top? Same question about the council? As I’m getting a lot of mixed messages…

Museum effects on your stuff is always applied before interaction with the opposing museum's effects.Attackers on the other hand has no cap? So could have 300% fighters… how’s a defender supposed to defend against that? Unless the debuff applies after the attackers %?

The answer to your question would be -5%.If the sum of parameters inside Museum A is -150%,
and the parameters inside Museum B are +80%,
does this result in -5% or -70%?

We've not introduced the changes that we proposed in sitrep #1 (here). This is something that we could revisit, but currently don't have plans to do so.
That is a way to look at it yes. But you cannot go below 10s defender spawn time, while it is a buff this does have a cap on reducing your defender spawn time. The first spawn wave works a bit differently in terms of reducing that time, most buildings will have a minimum delay of 2 seconds, Drone Command is the exception with an instant spawn minimum.I have a similar question!
In council under active war benefits, does the stat line “+20% defender spawn speed near wonders” equate to an additional -20% defender spawn time if the defensive building is near a wonder?
You are correct here if you're talking about "Enemy Defender Spawn Time". This doesn't have a limit and works differently because of the timer aspect. So here you can go beyond the -85% for EDST! Does this help?@Harlems369th
Thank you for your response, but I have tested it on my end, and the "Enemy Guard Production Time Reduction" does not apply a pre-applied limit of -85% before calculation. However, the "Enemy All Towers HP Reduction" does indeed apply as you mentioned.
Is there a difference in the design of these two features? I have notes on this, but they are presented in Chinese, so I didn't directly provide them to you for viewing. If you need them, I can provide them, along with the verification method and results.
Furthermore, the results of my verification are conclusions that have been reviewed by several players, not just my personal claims.

It would be great to have an in-game calculator for ALL stat boosts. Wonders, Uni, Museums, Library, everything!It would be useful having an in-game calculator across museum/council/coalitions so it’s clear to see the stats.
