It says in the museum that -85% debuff is max, does this only apply to the museum? Does coalitions add on top? Same question about the council? As I’m getting a lot of mixed messages…

The -85% debuff cap takes into account all sources. These are not individual caps from each space.

Attackers on the other hand has no cap? So could have 300% fighters… how’s a defender supposed to defend against that? Unless the debuff applies after the attackers %?

Museum effects on your stuff is always applied before interaction with the opposing museum's effects.

Fyi, with rare exception, this game has been offense focused. Source: I've been playing since the beginning and that's my observations.

and the parameters inside Museum B are +80%,
does this result in -5% or -70%?

The answer to your question would be -5%.

We've not introduced the changes that we proposed in sitrep #1 (here). This is something that we could revisit, but currently don't have plans to do so.

In council under active war benefits, does the stat line “+20% defender spawn speed near wonders” equate to an additional -20% defender spawn time if the defensive building is near a wonder?

Thank you for your response, but I have tested it on my end, and the "Enemy Guard Production Time Reduction" does not apply a pre-applied limit of -85% before calculation. However, the "Enemy All Towers HP Reduction" does indeed apply as you mentioned.

Is there a difference in the design of these two features? I have notes on this, but they are presented in Chinese, so I didn't directly provide them to you for viewing. If you need them, I can provide them, along with the verification method and results.

Furthermore, the results of my verification are conclusions that have been reviewed by several players, not just my personal claims.

That is a way to look at it yes. But you cannot go below 10s defender spawn time, while it is a buff this does have a cap on reducing your defender spawn time. The first spawn wave works a bit differently in terms of reducing that time, most buildings will have a minimum delay of 2 seconds, Drone Command is the exception with an instant spawn minimum.

What’s the max % for defender spawn time before it doesn’t work if there is a cap?

Thank you for your response, and all concerns regarding the -85% limit have been clarified.
Previously, the response we received from the Chinese customer service center for Asian players was that 200 + -200 = 0%.

We understand that this should have originally been 115%, and there has been no change.
Therefore, the information we received did not match your previous response, which is why we conducted the tests to confirm.
Your current explanation aligns with our testing results,
and we appreciate your response once again.

The biggest issue there is that we can't see the actual war stats or spawn time or anything and it needs lots of testing. Please implement a way for us to be able to see the DPS of war mortars for example after the Museum, Uni, Library, Coals, Council and ...

Do museum/council troop buffs also affect those troops on defense?

For example, if the artifact/councilor line is +10% Bazooka or Heavy Tank Damage, would rocket arsenal/bunker troops gain the buff on defense as well?
