Museum Crafting only war items

It's been a few days, and I have been crafting everytime I log in, 5 fragments at a time, multiple times. All I'm receiving are war items, no mainhall artifacts. Statistically I should have gotten at least one main hall artifact.

Is this a fixable bug or is it user error?

User misconception

There's a War crafting event going on right now, ends in little over a day. No Main Hall artifacts are crafted at this time, only War, with increased odds for higher percentage lines

It is documented in the event what artefacts are build...read the small letters..lol
