Museum: fragments taken but no artifact created.

It had been working fine but I just went to create another artifact, clicked the button and nothing happened. Clicked it again and my fragments went from 177 to 77 but no creation screen/animation. No new artifact created and not showing in storage.

Lost 100 fragments for nothing :-(

Update: it has now appeared in storage.
