My Dominations Account has been hacked

Another person started playing my Dominations account about 3-4 weeks ago. I discovered it after being idle about 24 hours. My workers were all reassigned, battles had been fought without me and my troop configuration was all different. They squandered my saved resources including 9000 crowns, all kinds of specials including event buildings. My first response was to check my Google account which is linked. I use 2-factor authentication and found no suspicious devices connecting through my account (only home computer and my phone). I changed my password anyway, just in case. The unauthorized access continued. To this day, they are still playing my game. I've gotten to the point of harassing the attacker's plans by cancelling all worker activities and draining troops in order to make it miserable for the hacker to continue to use my account in the hopes they give up. I've contacted in-game support multiple times and they've blamed me every time for not securing my Google account and have never given me any constructive feedback. I post here hoping to reach someone who has the power to actual address this major issue.
