New to the Forum

Hello to everyone! Zelandoni here, of Dominators R#1 (to be distinguished from all the other Dominators alliances). Although I am new to this forum, I have worked in other forums in the past, so I have a general idea of how they work. And I am certainly not a tyro at Domination, having been playing for about 2 years now. So far, I've worked my way up to Global age, and for my trouble have gotten stuck as leader of my alliance.

In a way, it is surprising that I haven't made my way over here before this... however, there hasn't been any urgency. Our Alliance has kept chugging along these many months since I took over the reins of leadership. Recently however, one of my co-leaders had to drop out (family issues), and another of my senior players will be off the grid for a while. Our membership, which had been hovering around 40, has suddenly dropped to the mid-30's, and I can see that I'll probably have more separations at the end of the month (monthly culling of non-participants). If you are looking for an alliance that encourages participation (3 day war schedule), come on by and check us out.

Good luck mate. I myself have also ended up as leader basically by being the highest level and most active online and also a few splits along the way. Don't give up though mate,there are still plenty of higher level players looking for alliances to join. I have found culling to be an effective way of getting your alliance on the suggested alliance list when players are looking. Now I have a team of 49 regular players that includes a lot of new enthusiastic players and a few heavy hitters.

When you do remove the inactive players dont forget to drop the medal requirements and have the alliance open
