The handling of this particular bug by BHG / NEXON Has been very poor.

i am not going to go into detail about the bug as it is well known. More importantly is how it has been handled.

1) There has been no progress update from support
2) In an interview given by Tim Train about how dominations is doing overall there was this statement

How important do you consider customer support and updates to be? What has been your approach to this?

Customer support is very important to us. Every week we review our CS tickets with the entire company and strive to improve the overall gameplay experience.

However, we are far from perfect and we always work to get better. With the ongoing success of DomiNations, we’re also making significant investments in growing our community, with more people joining the team to respond to players on our forums.

3) The bug is not even listed in the known issues sticky.
4) There is no doubt that it is having a significant impact on game play

Please BHG / NEXON do more to communicate the following.

​​​​​1) the problem really is logged
2) that it is being worked on as the highest priority
3) an ETA for a fix and updates
4) some sort of compensation
5) acknowledgement of the poor handling and the bug review and fix process that allowed this to happen is been corrected.
6) PROVE TIM TRAIN CORRECT

You have to write to Matt Suckley who is the author of the interview that he really knows what the customer service nexon
