No WW for Viking Army - WW search "broken"

Our WW matchmaking seems bugged.

3days and 10 hrs ago our war against KTO ended. This was a 40/40 war, completely lopsided with Viking Army as the strongest.
We immediately tried a new 40/40 search but after searching several hours we gave up on 40/40 and went for 35/35 - at the same time complaining to CS, who asked for screenshots....
After this complaint we were matched against former French Fury. Again a very lopsided match, this time in our disfavor.

Now it is 16 hours since our war against FF... we have tried 40/40 and 35/35, even 45/45 (30/30 is not an option, we are not putting 20 members on the sideline, 10 is bad enough).
We have changed our line up and restarted the search. We have made ourselves top heavy, we have made ourselves bottom heavy. Still no match.

Have written CS several times... They either ask for screenshots or they ask us to contact them if the problem persist over 24hrs...
Before the war with KTO we have done many many back to back 40/40 wars with a match in 0-10 minutes... What can have changed the last week?

Now I am afraid we are going to get a stupid match again, if any...

Waited for almost two weeks before. 10+ hours wait is pretty common. We don't complain until it is over 24 hours, because CS answer is predictable. You guys have it good. Hope you match soon.

Glad to see you found a war!

Looking at the current matchmaking pools, I can see once Alliance that has been waiting for 4 hours, while the rest have been looking for matches for an hour or less. I have not yet heard of anything that would indicate an error with the matchmaking process over the weekend.

Sir it was a full 24 hours before we got a match and it was seriously idiotic. The opponent was almost all atomic outmatching us by almost 40 levels per member. IT IS BROKEN.

In one instance we witness our base levels being manipulated right after we complained to CS. When that happened we got a stupid match and our base levels were restored. I posted on this yet no respinse here nor by CS.

Dafuk man. Manipulation of warbase level? The heck you talking about? Please elaborate....Never heard of this one before.
