Only Oil from Victory Chest

Guys, from the last 10-15 Victory Chests I receive only Oil, no Gold/Food. Typically, I wouldn't complain, Oil is crucial and desired, but now I wonder, is it pure luck? Or maybe Gold/Food is not appearing because everybody needs them to upgrade walls due to Winter for the Ages event?

Is it just me or some of you have observed this as well?

Empire league and I get everything, food, gold, Oil, TTs and NTGs
