Overloaded alliance troops still happening

this bug is still around.
I check my defense log to see I've been attacked, go to chat, request troop button is active, I press it and it requests a number of troops that is not my maximum, so I check my town center to find I still have troops and am over the limit.
This is surely getting exploited.

If I went into a world war match without checking and I dropped my alliance troops I'd probably get reported for cheating.

When is the fix coming?
Also the tactic retrain bug, always one tactic that waits until I log in again before it starts. Very annoying.
