Hi all, below message I shared with customer service regarding overpowered troops that we have experienced/ noticed very recently. If anyone else has experienced something similar or has any useful suggestions for nexon on what the root cause may be or how they can rectify, please share as well.

Hi, i would like to bring to your attention a very unusual playing environment in the dominations game sine approximately 12-16h ago. You may be aware of this situation from other players already.
Basically, what is happening is for some reasons, the troops used in war battles appear to have much stronger statistics than was the case 12-16h ago. This leads to clear distortions, for example maximum space age defensive bases (full full full - coalitions, very strong museums, etc) get defeated in 90seconds, whereas previously these bases used to defend (hold) stars. Top 3d bases get taken out by players with no offensive coalitions, and the list goes on. This phenomenon is very recent, is clearly new, is very broad based (numerous alliances are experiencing this) and I also believe it applies in multiplayer as well (not just war). I am not sure what update was made by nexon recently, but to rectify you need to review changes that have very large impact (disabled defensive coalitions or museums while leaving offensive coalitions or museums unchanged or something equally impactful on the entire game).
From my alliance perspective, we are quite unhappy at these dynamics, which happened midway through our war day. We took a large number of attacks before these events (ie super energized troops throughout) started happening, while our opponents did not make these attacks in the first part of the war. Given these much stronger troops, all wars become timer races because no base is able to hold any star, regardless how strong that base is. So our opponents have all their attacks available to use in this super energized troop environment, while we dont have sufficient remaining attacks to re-attack all the bases with these much stronger troops. You can review our war log for full details, replays, etc.
I also shared in the alliance chat a replay of one of my multiplayer attacks of just now. Was a 60-90sec 5star attack on a lev 280 base with full defensive blessings. I dont have any meaningful museum in multiplayer and for this attack did not use any blitz or strength of gladiator, or quality troop tactics etc yet was able to easily overpower that base. This would most definitely I would not have been able to do 1day ago. So this distorted situation mst be because of something nexon did (ie a game update) very recently.
For your investigation and rectification. I would also like you to consider cancelling all wars currently in progress and/ or providing any sort of compensation to loosing alliances, given this distorted and not level playing field that nexon somehow created in the last 12-16h.
