Parliament cannon everything we know so far

Some additional info about cannon:
If you don’t know it by now there’s a law in parliament which will add a cannon on top of your parliament building :)

Stats for Parliamentary Defenses level 1
Parliament level 5 (CWA/SA) = 6592 dps and 10522 hp (without museum)
Parliament level 6 (DA/INFO) = 9454 dps and 17566 hp (without museum)
Parliament range 7
Parliament size 4x4

It shoots look like mortar but it damages only 1 troop (looks strange)
Parliament shot is only visualization so it doesn’t matter where bullet lands, for example bullet might land on one troop but kill completely different troop in different spot (looks strange)

Shoot speed similar to Anti-Tank Gun (looks faster?)
No area damage
Can make 0-2 shots against HT, 1 shot kills paratroopers, rpg, etc
rpg can shot twice to it before it will die from parliament's cannon shot

Transport on it and 3 paratroopers will kill parliament easily without it shoting back
but if paratroopers approach parliament - it will kill 3 paratroopers before they can shot at it
1 commando can kill parliament fast

Parliament is defensive building so commandos, tanks, etc will prioritize it (even without cannon)

If outside base multiple infantry on it and parliament is gone
If inside base and protected with walls might kill HT or rpgs before they get to it

Very good for lower ages, not so much for higher ages but still another defensive thing ;)
It’s worth to research Parliamentary Defenses level 2 for +5% more damage but needs 4500rp

Should be very good with Parliamentary Defenses level 10
but VERY long road to get it there and I don’t think any alliance will prioritize it over war efforts
also looks like this is one of the most expensive laws to research all 10 levels
But with level 10 it will have:
-damage +10%
-health +20%
-attack speed +20%
-range +3 (total range 10)
So this should make it one of the best defensive towers in game

Only few alliances have it so far and most alliances will never have this cannon because it require a team of members committed towards researching laws.

It seems really strong but it’s a longer range tank gun. It seems like it would really benefit the lower war bases than the top ones. A digital or info age base won’t be that much stronger having it (In general) but a medieval or gunpowder base would be stronger. I guess the only thing is that it’s a single target building. Commando type units would just take it out pretty quickly assuming one uses those troops. My alliance is going for them though I don’t think it would benefit us much. I’d rather go towards other options. Guess we will see how they work.

Why is the shown range so far off? Its actual range is closer to an ATG or Tower than the shown 10 of a Mortar.

Show range is for defenders, like houses, garrisons and tank depots.

I’m seeing more and more of them. But for our alliance it’s a bridge too far.

There are some additions to the post:
1. Parliament is affected by Blitzkrieg like it's initially a defensive spawning building. It doesn't shoot under blitzkrieg, that's sucks.
2. Extended shooting range +3 exists only virtually, in reality it's still 7 when you finish Parliamentary Defenses level 10, that's sucks even more.
